Check out the following criteria to be sure your Twitter account is not in jeopardy. For the most part Twitter is going to be banning those who are exploiting the auto follow. Let me explain. Those who use software to follow large amounts of people and then use additional software to immediately un follow those who dont follow back. Essentially a person may follow hundreds even a thousand people at a time in hopes of people using sites like Tweetlater to follow them back right away. Then this person will un follow those who dont follow back and repeat the process. This will get people followers fairly quickly and is considered abuse. Twitter is fairly advanced and I assume their investigation is going to be just as thorough. They wont be mistaking a legitimate user for someone who may be spam just because they use sites like Twollo and Huitter to automate much of their following. Just be smart and keep your cool and you should miss the Twitter Slap.
